Does K1 Medical Exam Include Tumors?

I don't think so. The health exam is to check if the beneficiary could potentially be a risk to themself or to others. Seeing as how a tumor is not infectious, I don't think you have anything to worry about in that regard.

If my fiancé has tumors during the medical examinations, will that cause her to fail the medical exam and result in our k1 case to delay?

No, but definitely have a plan in place for your fiancé’s health insurance.

Not at all.  The list of “communicable diseases” is here:

https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-6

I remember when HIV was on the list but that was taken off about 10-15 years ago.

The other part of the exam that deals with inadmissibility issues is related to addiction, drug use, and mental health.

Make sure you have plans for her insurance and care.  Best of luck.

We are not sure if it's cancerous or not. Is it possible to expedite our so case so she can get proper diagnosis and care in the US, instead of trusting a dodgy doctor in a third world country?

I really appreciate you all ☺️.

If what she has is life threatening and she has exhausted all possible options for treating it that does not involve entering the US, and entering the US is possibly the only way to save her life, and you can prove all this to USCIS, you may have a chance at expediting your case.

USCIS usually does not expedite I-129F cases unless the petitioner is a member of the US military and they are getting deployed somewhere or they could at anytime.

It's really difficult to expedite I-129F... pregnancy don't even quality as a reason for expediting the petition and gee, I don't even want to imagine handling pregnancy without a partner looking after me. I feel really bad for people who are/were pregnant during the I-129F process... That is so much pain and discomfort you have to handle all by yourself.

did the tumor show up in chest xray?

if TB treatment would be needed before visa is issued

Tuberculous infection of the long bones can mimic benign tumors or locally aggressive tumors like giant cell tumors and at times even malignant tumors like osteogenic sarcoma or chondrosarcomas.May 28, 2020

Not sure if you have dealt with health care in the US, but I would take that 3rd world health care 9 times out of 10 before the US. US healthcare ranks pretty low compared to other countries.

Here is a recent quote from an independent study....

Unfortunately, despite far outspending the rest of the world, the U.S. doesn’t even come close to having the best health care system in the world.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I am so sorry about your girlfriends situation.
I don’t think a tumor on the beneficiary qualifies for an expedite. I doubt it. And even if they did expedite, it’s not going to be a lot shorter.

@Jorgedig brought up an interesting and very relevant point which is the cost of healthcare here in the US. It can be really expensive, so if the expedite is approved, that’s another point to consider.
I would also like to add an emotional component to it: other than you, does she have a “ village”  that can be her emotional support? What I’m saying is, cancer treatments can be quite isolating, and I cannot imagine how being isolated in a foreign country without your family can be.
You can always try to expedite, but you’ll have to prove that it is life -threatening (hopefully not!) and that there is absolutely no treatment in her home country, and that the only treatment available is here in the US.

Good luck with the outcome!

They don't have xray close to the village where she lives. We don't think it's Tuberculous because they are breast lumps.

If you have money the USA has the best care in the world. If you are poor not so much.
