Yes. I did! Sorry it was a typo

I am sorry you had to go the Mandamus route. I hope the rest of your journey is smooth.

Hello,

I am back to update y all. It may help someone

So, I did file the mandamus with Hawkins on February 27. It went into effect a week after. Then no longer than  A week and half after my beneficiary was contacted for a second medical visit. They sent his visa the same day through dhl. And he received it on April 2nd.
It has been a long and depressive Journey. The Mandamus help our case bringing it to light. Jim Hawkin staff is so effective, fast, and professional. They did a great Job. It was worth the money. My beneficiary is Already here and due for his biometrics for AOS/AED/AP next month.

congrats. glad to see the quick results. mandamus works for now and is the most effective weapon

duh
