Do you have an SSN? And have you been filing taxes?

Yes!! I have an SSN and have been filing taxes since 2018.

But I still have doubts in terms of values: my total income in Brazil would be enough to meet the requirements, but I learned that the NVC takes into account income after deductions.
Does this happen for those who live and earn their salary abroad too?

Will this job continue in the US

How many people in your family, will your job continue when you move to the US AND do you have savings?
have you already received RFE from NVC or do you still have to submit the I864?

My family is just me and my wife;
I will have to quit my job in Brazil;
I have some savings in an American account;
I will still send the I864.

What do you think?

If you have about $75k in savings you should show that amount in your I-864. If you don’t have that amount in savings. You must consider a joint sponsor, save money or maybe move to the US and get a job before you can continue…

Your salary cannot be considered, as it will not continue in the US.

So they won't consider my income in that case?

I have 2 properties in Brazil. If the value of these 2 properties plus the money I have in the account is 75,000, then could I continue?

So my earnings in Brazil are not valid? Only if I continued working after the move?

Correct. They only consider income earned in the US. Or if the money earned overseas will continue after the move.
if you decide to use assets look at the instructions for showing value of your property. That includes showing if you owe any money on the property.
You need to READ the I864 Instructions.
Currently, domicile is the least of your worries.

Makes sense if you think about it.  You can only support an immigrant on current income.  Previous earnings overseas from a job that will not continue is past income.

You need a joint sponsor.

There is something to be said for you heading over first getting a job etc.
