Pending N-400 FOIA Request Shows 'Case Flags'

Hello folks,

I applied for Naturalization earlier this year under the 3 year rule. I also have a pending I-751 (who doesn't).  I applied within the 90-day window, so I was a permanent resident for over 2 years and 9 months, but less than 3 years.

I made a FOIA request with USCIS for my record, and I also asked for my N-400 records. What I got was basically what I sent as the case was not touched yet, but at the end of the packet there were system-generated flags for my case, as seen below.

Should I be worried? Has anyone run across similar flags before? Any input is highly appreciated!

I maybe wrong but they all look like first level automatic notes generated when your application was initially received and entered into the system .. these are for the attention of the officer who actually looks at your application .. they will decide what needs to be done.. if anything  ..  with these issues. Everyone filing in the 90 days prior to their 3/5 yr anniversary will get flags 1 and 2. Everyone filing N 400 with a not yet approved I751 will get #4.

You are correct, they were all automatically generated by the system on the same day of the application. I know because this info is mentioned next to each flag, I just omitted it for privacy.

Don't overthink this … they are routine issues ..

It’s really interesting that you received and posted that.  Thanks 👍
I’m not seeing anything at all concerning on that list.
