the date of the medical exam determines the visa

he must travel within 6 months of the medical exam

 

If your case is not yet at NVC  ,   chances are slim to interview in the summer of 2023 (although we saw one Moroccan member move quite fast with this process so it could happen)   allah yekbel

 

just keep a copy of your 2022 tax returns and the W2 to take to moroc as IRS is so slow and the IRS returns may not be available by interview time
