Is it a visitor visa? If so, they need to show their own documents to prove they will return to their home country. But please clarify what type of visa it is.

They need to show that their ties to Morocco are stronger than their ties to to the U.S. Given they have a child who lives in the U.S. and is eligible to become a U.S. citizen, they have strong ties to the U.S. This will count against them.

So they will need to show strong ties to Morocco:

* other children (especially any under age 18)

* jobs

* deed or lease on a home

* a parent who requires their help

To answer both questions the typ of visa is tourist visa for medical or pleasure and my parents are old my dad 70 year old and mom 65 year old

If it is medical then there will be a lot of supporting documentation needed

Has doctor in Morocco contacted US doctor and arranged the person to be seen in US for treatment

they would need documents to show both drs have been in contact and the US dr will see the moroccan patient

How will they pay for dr in  the US  . / even a yearly physical is $300 or more and to seek treatment from a specialist is expensive/ they will need to show funds to support treatment in US

Tourist visa requirements are above from Mike E

You said medical or pleasure. Please clarify which one is it because each reason requires a different set of evidence and the medical reason requires a lot more substantial evidence.

If your parents are coming for medical reasons they would need evidence showing they will fund the medical treatment or procedure and they will need doctor's verification describing the reason for having the procedure done in the US.

if it is for pleasure then there is no sponsorship from either you or your husband. You do not do anything towards your parents visitor visa. Your parents must show they have strong ties to their home country and must return home.
