Who had to do DNA testing for SO's child ?

Please share your experience if your SO and child were required to have DNA testing.

The embassy will not proceed with our case until we get this done, even though the child is not following

until next year.

We have been in AP for 7 month and I found out from DOS that on July 13 DNA tests were noted into the data.

No instructions yet from the embassy.

Cost for tests $ 685

Cost for flights to embassy $ 900

Hardship and aggravation ....priceless !

Anyone been there done that ?
