If my spouse is eligible for citizenship after 3 years after coming on an ir1, when is my step daughter eligible (ir2)? Is it also 3 years? Or does she have to wait 5?

She will be 20 at the 3 year mark

She will eligible to file 5 years less 90 days after the resident since date objet green card.
