I arrived in the US on 30th June, I thought the green card was supposed to arrive within two weeks but it's been three weeks now and nothing in the post... should I start getting worried?

Mike and Jill's I-130 timeline

9 Jan 2007 - sent application for police record

11 Jan 2007 - posted I-130 off

17 Jan 2007 - I-130 officially filed

22 Feb 2007 - Mike received official job offer in the US

13 Apr 2007 - I-130 approved

21 Apr 2007 - packet 3 received

23 Apr 2007 - posted packet 3 to Embassy

25 Apr 2007 - packet 3 received at Embassy PO box

30 Apr 2007 - medical in London

30 Apr 2007 - received packet 4

7 Jun 2007 - interview - visa approved :-)))

9 Jun 2007 - received visa and mystery brown envelope

30 Jun 2007 - planning to move to US

I have read in other posts, that it takes about 4 weeks for the greencard to arrive?!

I am sure, you will have yours soon as well!!

Just over a month for me which looking at other timelines seems about normal; I was told at POE it could be up to six months although don't think I've read of anyone recently waiting more than a couple of months.

Permanent Resident Since 01/03/2007

N-400 application mailed 3/20/17

Credit card charged 3/25/17

NOA 3/31/17

I take my post back, you're CR-1. :)

Hopefully others will pipe up and let you know how long it took them. I wouldn't worry so much yet, it's only been two weeks. :)

At POE, they told me GC will be mailed to me and it can take up to 6 months and if I don't receive it after 6 months , then I should worry.... but, I received my GC after 3 weeks upon arrival. You will receive your GC, just wait 1-2 more weeks.

October 16 - I-130 Approved.                                                   March 24, 2017 - Received I-797C, Notice of Action

October 25 - Received I-797

October 27 - Sent I-129F to Chicago

October 30 - I-129F received at Chicago

November 1 - Received NVC Case Number

November 25 - Received Packet from NVC

November 27 - I-129F transfered to CA Service Center

November 30 - Sent DS-3032 Back to NVC

December 26 - Received Packet Requesting AOS

January 05 2007 - Received IV Fee Bill

January 15 - Sent IV Fee Bill
