Changing last name to married name on ds260

Hello, I'm regretting that I only found out about this site now.

I just got my i130 approved. I am currently filling out ds260, and I want to get a green card with my husband's last name.

I applied to follow my husband's surname while registering my marriage in the United States, so the marriage registration certificate indicates my new surname.

But following husband's surname is not allowed in Korea, so the maiden name remains in my passport. i130 was also written by a maiden name.

In this case, if I want to recieve my green card with a married name, should I write the married name in primary name section or other name section?

Plus, can I need to change my passport which including spouse surname after submittung ds260 and before the interview?

Your name in the DS-260 should match your passport name.  The embassy will issue the visa in the name that matches the passport.

If you want to change your name for the visa, you would need to get your passport updated.

If changing your surname in your passport is not allowed, how were you going to do it after submitting the DS-260?

If your aim in the future is naturalization, you can change your name, to pretty much anything, during the N400 submission for "free".

Otherwise, as Steve stated, your DS260 has to be in your legal name as it shows on the passport.

For Korea, yes.  For others the DS260 can be in the name that WILL BE in the passport on the interview day.

What name was on the I130 petition after you married?
Your passport needs to be updated soonest.  That’s the name everything will be issued in.
