signs of approved/denied I134 petition

Hi friends,

 

Trying to petition my parents to come under the U4U program.

I submitted the I-134 form a few days ago, immediately saw the receipt notice appeared on My USCIS account.

What happens next? 

What made me feel unease was the formulation in the case status saying "we sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice". In my case it was a receipt notice. Is that a sign that it will be denied or  kept unresolved for extended period of time?

Thank you fir your input as I am still very inexperienced in the topic and don't really know anyone to ask firsthand.

The receipt notice is the first step for all applicants. Normally if sufficient you should see a Confirm Notice in a week or less. The beneficiary should also receive a Confirm Notice in their email.
