Temporary stay at other address (inside + outside the SS) and need to file a change of address

Hello,

Current status: green card holder (diversity visa)

I own my own place where I reside in Miami.

I know that in case of a change of address, one needs to file a form to keep USCIS in the know of new address within 10 days of change. My question is, what is considered a change of address?

-Scenario 1: when on vacation in Europe for a couple of weeks, is this to be declared?

-Scenario 2: if staying for 3 months at my patner's who's in another state (whether I do a couple of back and forths between my condo and my partner's, or not, during that time)

Thank you very much :)

Neither are changes of address.

If you change your drivers license address, bank, etc because you move? That’s a change of address.  I doubt you do that just because you stay with someone else for awhile in another state but return to your primary residence.

If you get a travel doc and take an extended trip overseas (two years) but return to your primary residence?  That isn’t a change of address either.
