My moyher in law is going for a weekend to Sacramento from NM visit to visit the rest of the family and she asked if me and my daughter wanted to come along cause everyone wants to see us again but I dont know if I can jump on a plane even if its still in the US .

We have our valid Belgian passports and all but I am just afraid that they are gonna bug us !

Could someone please let me know !

07/16/2007 - NOA1 received I-485 + EAD + I-130( DAY 8)

07/18/2007 - Biometrics received Scheduled 08/08/2007 ( DAY 10)

08/08/2007 - Biometrics taken me + my daughter ( DAY 31)

There is no problem flying internally in the USA while AOS is pending as you don't have to go through customs/immigration. Belgian Passports should not be an issue.

Just make sure you have valid photo ID, and you'll be fine. :)

You can use a DL as ID.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

i too would be travelling to minnesota in the coming month.

I have just applied for my AOS.

Cannot get a DL or State ID since my I-94 validity is expired.

Have my SSN card though.

So would it be a problem flying from CA to Minnesota with my indian passport??

Domestic travel is a non issue. Just make sure the names on the passports or IDs match the tickets. My wife made a trip to Albuquerque NM a couple weeks ago with no issues - coming or going. And we will be traveling to North Carolina in August. Enjoy your trip!

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !
