Newsom says California about to 'break' amid flood of illegal migrants when Title 42 expires

Hmm, isn't CA a sanctuary state?  Maybe Newsom should start busing illegal immigrants to DC, NYC, Chicago, Baltimore, and Martha's Vineyard.  Regardless, I doubt anyone in the Biden Administration really cares.

Newsom says California about to 'break' amid flood of illegal migrants when Title 42 expires

Newsom claimed the U.S. government is sending "more and more" migrants to California because the state is "taking care of folks."

"The more we do, the burden is placed disproportionate on us," he said.

"We're already at capacity at nine of our sites," Newsom continued. "We can't continue to fund all of these sites because of the budgetary pressures now being placed on this state and the offsetting issues that I have to address.… The reality is, unless we're doing what we're doing, people will end up on the streets."

Easier and cheaper to smear some of his hair gel in the direction of those places and give the illegals a push so they slide right in.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

TEACHING MATH THROUGH THE DECADES

1950s:  A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100.  His cost of production is 4/5 of the price.  What is his profit?

1960s:  A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100.  His cost of production is 4/5 of the price, or $80.  What is his profit?

1970s:  A logger exchanges a set "L" of lumber for a set "M" of money.  The cardinality of set "M" is 100.  Each element is worth 1 dollar.  Make 100 dots representing the elements of the set "M."  The set "C," the cost of production, contains 20 fewer points than set "M" contains.  Represent the set "C" as a subset of set "M" and answer the following question:  What is the cardinality of the set "P" of profits?

1980s:  A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100.  His cost of production is $80 and his profit is $20.  Underline the number 20.

1990s:  By cutting down beautiful forest trees, the logger makes $20.  What do you think of this way of making a living?  Topic for class participation after answering the question:  How did the forest birds, owls, and squirrels feel as the logger cut down the trees?  There are no wrong answers, and if you feel like crying, it's OK.

2000s:  By laying off 40% of its loggers, a company improves its stock price from $80 to $100.  How much capital gain per share does the CEO make by exercising his stock options at $80?  Assume that capital gains are no longer taxed, because this encourages investment.

2010s:  If you have special needs or just feel that you need assistance because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, childhood memories, etc., then don't answer, and the correct answer will be provided for you.  There are no wrong answers.

2017:  A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100.  How can this action be used to impeach President Trump?

Pretty sure there are no chicken slaughterhouses in Denver.

Looks like Joe is ramping things up to a 100,000 a week, so a lot more slaugterhouses will be needed.

but they have slaughterhoused for lamb

my point is illegals do nasty jobs / many jobs a USC would refuse

in California they are migratory agricultural workers who compose 73% of our agriculture workers

There did used to be a Turkey plant in Longmont, but that closed a long time ago.

I grew up on lamb but hard to find and expensive

Now a lot in Construction and Hotel/Restaurant that I will give you.

The question is why won’t people do those jobs?  IMO, to many people going to college/universities that don’t belong there killing the work ethics of many here in the US.

Citizens don't have to do those jobs.  They can stay home and collect from the government while illegals do the work.

Also helps when the government forgives your student loan.

Episode 6 of Netflix series Immigration Nation is titled “Prevention Through Deterrence”.  This episode features includes an interview of a medical examiner who maintains a map of southern Arizona that shows thousands of red dots. Each dot representing the corpse of an illegal migrant.

The whole country is a slaughter house and the 4 border states are the Killing Fields.
