Our latest tax transcript was not available for NVC or at any point prior to the interview so we summited the complete filed 1040 with all schedules and forms required for filing.  Putting the W2's and 1099's up front and center, page 1.  I also included two or three pay stubs and tax transcripts from the two previous years just for good measure.  For us, that sailed through NVC and the Embassy trouble free.

Whew this is good news! Thank you I was so worried that the forms I have wouldn't work.

Are you already DQ'd. For NVC the forms with all the pages and W2/1099 suffices. All you want is to be DQ'd For Nigeria current it's a 18 month wait from DQ. so you could very well be in Tax year 2022 to bring to interview.

Been DQ’d since Oct 2021 hopefully we should be close just trying to get all my ducks in a row and prepare ahead of time.
