You realize that they are separate cases, right?  An immediate relative a US citizen cannot have derivatives.  That means 2 separate I-130s.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You seem to be an LPR / green card petitioner, and therefore your son shows up in your husband’s case. 
Since you filed a separate I-130 for your child and he has his own case number AND you already paid his IV visa fee for his case , then you do not need to pay it again from the invoice on your husband’s case.

 

You can just send an email to NVC on husband’s case and explain the derivative has his own case number and have them delete it from husbands case. 
Also tell them you are requesting the two cases ( write out each case number) need to be scheduled for IV interview TOGETHER

Thank you for the response. I know and I made a mistake to pay my sons NVC fee under my husbands case coz it gives me an option to pay for it. I sent an email to NVC of what I did. I appreciate your response
