My ROC was Filed in January 2020. My ‘Priority Date’ is Jan. 20th 2020.

And I’m still waiting… don’t know to laugh or cry at this point 🤷🏽‍♀️

But to the OP: Congrats!!! 🎉 One steps closer in being done with USCIS and immigration 👏🏼

It depends your state if it's nbc .

Congratulations 🎉

As someone who waited 16 months to get my i751 approved but only cause I applied for citizenship, we’re high key glad that is over for you but low key high key jelly 😁 not having to travel internationally with an array of paperwork is amazing, id assume, I wouldn’t know 😁😁congratulations 🎉

I am not your dude. Nothing is weird here. you like this platform that’s why you are here .No one is forced to be here. Thankfully everyone is here for free advice from hundreds of going through the situation you don’t have any idea of. And anyways you are mistaken I haven’t said that you will get green card in a month or so. My point to make this video was more clear about filing right paperwork which not a lot of people think about that before filing or have right information and ending up stuck with USCIS. Nothing is guaranteed how sooner you get approved but filing properly makes your chances more than vice versa.

I believe most of us filed correctly. Let us know of anyone responds to your video with the same success. I think if was USCIS craziness honestly and nothing special done by you. Again congrats!!

First of all, congratulations for doing a good job and getting a fast approval. I am really happy for you.
However, I do find it extremely unfair that USCIS does not follow an order when adjudicating petitions. Therefore, I think it’s unfair that people like me have to be waiting for almost a year with no end in sight. And of course, it’s even more unfair for folks like @mindthegap who have been in this awful limbo for close to 7 years. It’s very, very unfair since you also submitted stuff that wasn’t necessary, like passport page or the CR-1 visa.
This is the second 751 that I’ve seen last month that was approved in a nanosecond. The other one was for an Ukrainian whose 751 was approved in (drumrolls) 22 days!!! That’s just unbelievable.

I do have a theory, though. On 9/21/2022 USCIS released a memorandum of immediate help to people from countries with natural disasters . They listed the floods in Pakistan. Technically these expedites wouldnt affect residents because their status allows them to stay here. However, I do think that sometimes officers receiving 751s from these countries speed up on them because they don’t realize that these beneficiaries are already in the US.
It’s the only explanation I can find for something so unfair.

I used check from chase bank for Department of homeland security. Tell them you want check for immigration for DHS . They know it. Also you can use money order payable to DHS if you want

That's a really good theory and one I haven't read anywhere else before!
