CR1 in the process but husband's daca is about to expire

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question. I am in the process of fixing my husband papers. Our case is at NVC waiting for documents to be reviewed and accepted. However, my husband's daca is about to expire this Friday 12/6. USCIS confirmed they received his renewal on November 17. My concern is, will his expired daca affect our case in any way? What happens if he continues to work with his expired work authorization and will this also affect our case?
