Expedite

Please I need an advice. On a case of IR-1/CR-1 visa. Does anyone have an idea how I can expedite my case? What do I need to do?  What are the criteria to expedite my case? Do I need to have a reason before I’m qualified to expedite? Please can anyone help?

My wife has an end stage renal failure and she just had a transplant.

That's certainly a qualifying reason for expedite but she is the one who needs to request it.  Note though that expedited cases are faster, but not fast at all.

Once you have expedited at USCIA (assuming this is where you are in the process), you will need to submit expedite request to NVC. Alert them to USCIS approval of expedite.
