Here in Florida I have a huge number of very old and sick patients.  I'm thinking of adding this service to my practice.

 

Most importantly, I wonder how much I can charge.  Money up front.  No billing for services.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving is not for you.

Actually, you should think as does a successful Business Typhoon, see man:

 

1.  Fit patient with new dentures, implants, or prostheses, at premium price

2.  Have patient sign rental agreement, with payments due monthly

3.  Euthanize patient

4.  Bury patient (still with new dentures or implants)

5.  Enjoy monthly rental income into perpetuity, from patient's estate

 

However, wear mask during #1-#3, or risk extraction of dental license.

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
