What does Moroccan Medical Certificate Test for before Marriage?

Hi there,  I am going to Morocco next month to marry the love of my life. We have been seeing each other for more than 2 years now and we think now is the time to tie the knot. I am an American and my partner is a Moroccan. I was just reading the requirements to get married and it says that you need a medical fitness certificate issued by a Moroccan doctor to get married. I am actually diagnosed with oral herpes and my partner knows about it from a long time. Will it disqualify me from marrying her? In other words, does Moroccan medical certificate test for STIs, STDs? If yes, will having oral herpes disqualify me from marrying her? Any information on this would be highly appreciated because I am so stressed due to this.

We have one like it in Jordan, and it is just a CBC (Complete Blood Count) test — used basically to exclude thalassemia. I don’t think Morocco regularly tests for STIs before marriage.

Well the medical test is more of an administrative process than a medical one, most (if not all) doctors don't actually test you, they might just ask you if you have any conditions, I doubt this will be an issue with the actual marriage.
