Hello everyone :) I know you may have read this before but I just hopping to get more answers thank you much and have a good day !!

I am a dual citizenshp holder USA and Morocco my question is: Can I get married to my Polish fiancee in Poland as a Moroccan and then bring her to the USA where I live as a US citizen? The reason I am doing this is because I am intending to do it as fast as I can specially I'm thinking about visitig Poland soon and we are ready to get married? Please do not tell me about k1 because we( ME & MY FIANCEE)'ve already discuss it but she wants to get married in Poland in the presence of her family. Thanks a lot for your help and have a pleasant day everyone

you can definitely get married. Check with your consulate to see if you can do DCF otherwise you would have to file for CR1/IR1 and/or K3 and join us in the wait

To answer your question in the simplest form, if there was a legal way to bring our spouses here in the US faster we would all be doing it.

The consequence of visa fraud is a ten year ban on your spouse.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Is it easier to get into Poland with your Moroccan passport or easier to get a marriage license or certificate? That is the only part of your question I don't get.

If you are a USC, you can bring your wife here with a K3 or CR-1 once you are married. You would file the I130 for just the CR-1 or both the I130 and I129F together for a K3 (under the new rules). This process can be slow and agonizing (as you can see by reading the various threads here). The US ignores all other citizenships for the most part, so a USC can bring his/her spouse as stated above. The only way they would care is if you willing gave up your US citizenship in order to acquire another one.

The fact that you go to Poland on the Moroccan passport or use it to get the marriage license would not stop your ability to bring your wife to the US as a USC. You will need evidence of a bona fide marriage, which may include stamps in your Moroccan passport for the various times you have visited her etc., among other things.
