Hello,  I received my case number this morning via text, and I then went to the USCIS to track my receipt number and got the following message:

"On December 5, 2022, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number (redacted), and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

The text message also said that a I-797C is to follow in the mail.  I'm still waiting on the mail piece, but  my question for everyone here is, what happened next for you in your experience?

Thank you!

A VERY long wait.

The mail will be your NOA 1 receipt, save this!

Good luck!

HAHA thank you *sigh*  I feel like we're neighbors with your process coming out of Ecuador!

With the current wait times I would also consider going the route of of the marriage CR1 visa. When we submitted our petition in Oct 2021 the wait time was 7-9 months and now it’s 15.5

Please don’t take my word for it because I have done very little research on the CR1 because we chose K1 but had I known it was going to take this long we probably would have chose a different option like me going to my fiancé country to get married first
