When do i have to adjust status?

How many months before the green card expires do i have to mail in everything to lift conditions....for some reason sofyan thinks its coming up....

You can send in during the 90-day window before the expiration on the conditional green card, no sooner, no later.

You can mail in the Lift-conditions form up to 90 days prior to the expiry (based on your siggy, around December 2007).

Hey Kelly -- nice to see you here again !

Your siggy says "IR-1".... but with that, you wouldn't need to lift conditions -- only file to renew it in 10 years. So you are a CR-1, right ? (the 2-year green card.) In that case, yes -- you have a 90-day window to file the I-751, beginning 3 months before the expiry date on the card. Do not file even 1 day early -- they will not honor it before the 90-day window. And don't be late -- you don't want him to fall out of status !
