what is the app name? the one i just tried “Case Tracker” only shows the status, no other docs

Your have to create a USCIS account at USCIS.gov. then add your case then under documents it'll have your notice.

hey to everyone. I got my on may 16th 2023. I filled n 400 in December 2022.

First  was reading test: Who lives in the White House?

Writing: The President lives in the White House. ( he repeated twice).

Civic test:

The idea of self government is in the first three words of the Constitution. What are these word?

What ocean on the West Coast of the United States?

Who is  the Governor of the State?

What two rights in the Declaration  Independence?

What is the rule of Law?

Who is the Father of our country?

He asked where I met my husband? how many times I went out from United States. if my parents were  US citizens. We didn't write on n 400 my husband daughters so he updated ( showed him their birth certificate). if my husband was married previously,  he asked if I owe taxes so I said for 2022 we own( I printed out fresh tax transcripts where clearly shows) and we haven't paid yet and another questions from yes and No ( no definition were asked). I pass the exam.    I paid owed taxes 06.06.2023  send all paperwork now just need to wait for oath schedule ..

Hubby had N400 interview over five weeks ago, and received recommendation for approval. Not a peep from USCIS since, however, other than the I751 case transfer notice 35 days ago. Sigh. International travel plans are on hold and this waiting is the worst!

Any ideas on getting this unstuck? Anyone else have to wait this long after their successful interview?

01/22/2018: Filed I-129F

10/11/2018: K-1 Interview (Guangzhou, China) -- approved at last!

02/14/2019: POE

02/21/2019: We're married, baby!

03/29/2019: Filed for AOS, EAD, and AP

02/07/2022: Filed for ROC

12/13/2022: Filed N400

So, the I-751 was not adjudicated, correct?  Only the N-400, correct?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Correct. Although case tracker doesn’t show any sign of adjudication for the N-400… status is still “interview scheduled”.

We spoke to a USCIS phone agent about two weeks ago and she said that she could see the interview was completed and there were no flags, holds, or additional information requests attached to the case.

As far as I can tell there is just a button somewhere that someone hasn’t yet gotten around to pushing.

I guess they are still waiting for the I-751 since the N-400, technically, since the oath can't be scheduled before the I-751 has been processed.

Just tired, frustrated and venting. I also noticed that most cases received on or around December 20-23, 2022 are still in the actively being reviewed state. Also no hope in my local office. Southern state offices seem to be moving rapidly. Hope this pain and torture ends soon :(

How is it that so many people who applied Dec 2022 already got their citizenships and even took oath? I have not heard anything from USCIS ever since i filed and they said i won't need to redo the Bio.... it has been 6 months. Some of you got approved in a couple months ... Anyone from the Bay Area who got approved who filed online?
ugh... this is frustrating

Same here. In SF, filed N400 Dec 2022. Nothing since the bio reuse NOA. Also not a peep about my ROC. Filed ROC more than a year ago, nothing about it since the extension letter.

..I just checked, just now. No updates.

Same here, applied in January in NYC and have not heard anything after biometrics. Some people that filed in March have already gotten their interview dates.

I mean, I’m happy for the ones that see movement in their cases, but at the same time why is it so unfair? It’s the lack of transparency that gets me

Hang in there guys! I have a feeling you will hear good news soon! I'm in the same boat, my friend who have a ten year greencard applied last may and got her interview right away after biometics this coming july, meanwhile i applied december (with pending roc) and i just got my interview notice around the same time as her! I think the delays are due to pending ROC. My ROC got approved and then i got interview notice the next day.
