I have to know the names!! I've been checking back all weekend to see if it's been announced yet...

The names are still not final! I called to make a vet appt this morning and they asked me the names and I had to tell them I still don't know.

Well, I did name the girl Bella, that one's for sure. Just sort of came because I started calling her that out of habit anyway, "Ciao, Bella!"

Now I've been trying to find a name for the boy that goes well with Bella, or even just goes well with his personality. I thought of Blu because I like the sound of "Bella and Blu", but it just didn't feel right. Then I tried out "Beato", which means blessed. That didn't stick either. I was thinking of Lampo (which means lightning in Italian) because he's so gosh darn fast, but again it just doesn't feel right.

I've been focusing on Italian words/names, but maybe that's just not meant to be. I hope something comes to me soon!

How about Benito for your boy cat? another Italian name for blessed.

It's so funny you're calling him Boy Cat. When I lived in Italy, we had two cats - brother and sister. It took us so long to name them (Jerry Garcia and Margarita Marley were the eventual names), that we ended up calling them Boy and Girl. Those were their names as far as everyone but the Vet were concerned.
