I filed a previous 129-F that got approved in 2016, Should i just put approved or what should I put in this box, me and my previous Finance Broke up and never went thru in getting the VISA.

4a and 4b  i had a case in 2015 that was a non violent theft charge Felony that has been expunged, Should I a copy of my paperwork in the K1 package also what should i put in 4b.

also will these two things affect the time, We will get the Visa

I-129F petitions are taking 15.5 months for approval/RFE now.  No one can predict if yours will take extra time.

Definitely disclose the prior petition and the criminal history, and provide all supporting evidence as required.  Does not matter that it was non violent/expunged - you must still disclose it and submit all police/court documents.

Do i need to withdraw the petition? What is the process on that.

If you mean the approved I-129F from 2016, that has long since expired.  No action required from you to close that case.  Just put the required details for items #43 to #47 in your new I-129F.  Also, no waiver required, as it has been more than 2 years since the filing of your previous petition.
