Sorry, it's a bit hard to understand what you've written there. From what I see (correct me if I'm wrong):

* You are a US citizen filing for a spouse to come live in the US

* You have suspicion or proof he's unfaithful to you and you are questioning the geniuinety of his marriage to you

* You don't want him to come

First of all, sorry about this situation!

You can withdraw your I-130 case, divorce him and move on.

Depending where your case is, you may need to write to USCIS, NVC or US embassy.

Right, it at the nvc . He already having emotional affairs . Physical not to far away in my opinion. Thanks for you help

Honestly, I’ve thought your case has sounded “off” since you started posting here.

I’d say he’s showing you who he really is.    Sounds like he may even be undertaking a common scam for his country, where he comes over, divorces, and then petitions for his “real” wife back home.

You can report suspected  fraud on the USCIS/DOS websites.   You can notify the consulate in writing if you want to withdraw as petitioner/sponsor.

best luck, and hugs.

Yes , it is off . Yea I have seen who he is. He doesn’t want to go to her because he wants to keep it open . I think he really wants her but he do what he has to get here .

My advice is to hold the case at NVC until you are CERTAIN you have all the information you need to make a fully informed decision on whether to continue the relationship.  You have control now, and will have at least several months before any action is REQUIRED from you to stop the process.

Unless  you have already submitted everything to NVC, you don't need to do anything.  What's the status at NVC now?  What's the backlog for appointments at the Consulate.  You have until just before the interview date to withdraw your support for the process.

If you are the petitioner, and if you want to stop the process, you must withdraw the I-864 and I-130 before the visa is issued.  Email NVC, USCIA and the consulate.

Yes, but she will have a few weeks notice before the interview, and probably several months between now and getting an interview date.  Point is, there is no hurry.  She'll have plenty of time to be certain before taking any action.

As I said, she should withdraw before the visa is issued.  Thanks.

Advice is run.  You can yank this case at any time before the visa is in the passport but best to close the books before the interview.  Contact the embassy in writing.
