For those that are receiving notices that biometrics have been waived or fingerprints were taken, is anyone WAC?

I have heard CA tends to be slow but i got my 36 month letter 1/26? and nothing else updated after that. Thanks!

3-5 months for biometrics. At least this is how long it took at the end of 2021 and end of 2022. There was some improvement in summer 2022, but it was shortlived.

And for Potomac you usually get biometrics just around the time your third child is graduating college...

WAC received my package on Nov 21, 2022 and no news regarding biometrics since then.

Under what rule? I do not think you'll be eligible if your timeline is accurate

I was going to mention the same.

@Juls801 I know there are different rules that can apply with the military, but generally speaking you have to be an LPR 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen to apply for citizenship, not 2 years.

Hm. USCIS online status is now "Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible" and Informed Delivery says I have a letter from USCIS arriving today. Hopefully the biometric reuse notification, earlier than expected, since I've already had the I797 NOA with the 48 month extension?
