Same here: received 1/20, I797 issued 1/25 and gives a 48 month extension.

VJ's timeline emailed me a prediction yesterday that they'd process the I751 at the end of October 2024. Hopefully the N400 will overtake that before then!

48 months extension just arrived in the mail 😵

Application received 1/23

NOA date 1/25

So looks like all letters sent out after January 23 will be for 48 months. Hope they send everyone who filed earlier a 48 month letter.

Add to this we received our 797C letters today.  Only 9 days from sending packet to receipt of letters.

But as a dose of reality on how slowly things are moving, the extension time on our letters isn't 24 months.  It is now good for 36 months!

Hi I was following up on your post and was wondering if you received two extension letters for your wife and daughter each?…

January 23rd I mailed my I-751 joint petition to remove conditions for both my son and I and also paid the extra $85 biometric fee. But on the 26th January I only received one receipt (extension letter with 48 months)

Is this normal?

May I ask why March rather than January? AIUI the window for both is normally a year apart if you qualify for the 3 year N400? (I left my I751 a bit late, but plan to file the N400 as soon as the window opens in November this year.)

Just curious on what everyone is doing for pictures... Are you submitting photos from the start of the marriage or just photos in the timeframe since the AOS application/interview?

I feel like this should be obvious but now second guessing everything, especially because we have so many pictures of trips and family events since our AOS interview that I don't know if we really need to go back to the beginning... Also our immigration officer didn't even look at the photos we brought 😅

I only submitted from arrival in the US to date.  My thinking is that they want to see that we are still together. Sending things from before don't show that.  Showing that we are CURRENTLY together should carry more weight in my mind.  I could be wrong, though.
