Looks like WAC is getting slower and slower.

I filed end of November 2021, got biometrics reused end of April 2022. Still waiting for decision. No RFEs, no interview yet.

I don't think any ROC is getting much attention before filing for citizenship these days... I'm at Texas (SRC) and nothing besides the extension letter.

I disagree with this. I know somebody personally who got I-751 approval at WAC without filing for N-400.

There were also a few reports on  forum recently where people got approved without filing N-400.

It's not to say that I-751 is a priority for USCIS. It's not.

Nothing new for me. Glad that they reused my biometrics though, but mine is LIN. I’ve accepted it before I even filed but it’s just crazy that we have to wait so long for this.

My case status updated to “case was updated to show fingerprints were taken” almost two weeks after they received it. I also got a notice that they reused my biometrics.

I'm with you.  We could submit Christmas Day so I know what I'll be doing after the holiday.  Hoping we can get it done before October 2024 as daughter turns 18 that month and I want to catch her on mom's submission.  Otherwise she will have to do her own based on the five year filing date.

I will be eligible on the first week of January and have it planned to submit it 24 hours past that deadline. Cannot wait until I am free of USCIS.

I also want to send my paperwork by the end of this month although I’m elegible to send it starting Dec 30, 2023!

My local Catholic charities office said they can help me fill out the N-400 but starting in April. I’m not willing to wait if I can submit it earlier.
