Bad idea. Do not print photos, include scans of 3-4 photos per page. Under each photo write date, location, occasion and names of people from left to right.

If it worked for K-1, then why changing it this time?

Yeah no, it's not a good idea to print pictures. They don't have time to dissassemble the package like that and see the pictures.

Because at the interview you hand them the pictures. I did that too for my interview. But not when you submit a package that will be scanned.

  • Please do not submit evidence using digital media, photo albums, scrapbooks, or binders, which cannot be processed and will be returned to you.

Not sure how OP will send their photos if they’re printed and not in an album, but it’s her call. I’m just sharing what it’s easier from the USCIS point of view

Yeah I interpret that as "don't send us a CD-ROM or a leather binder". I was going to include mine in the snapfish orange folder, and if they trash them, fine - they cost $2 to print.

The best case scenario USCIS will just toss them.

The worst case scenario if they want to follow through, it will take somebody at service center extra time to deal with it. Imagine a new employee there not knowing what to do with photos and having to ask their busy boss. Few hours / days of delay + few hours of work.

If you can do the leg work for USCIS, just do it. Don't assume anybody at USCIS will put in extra effort for you, they don't care at all. It's your case in the end of the day.
