How to Request for Another Copy of Report of Marriage?

Hello all!

I successfully obtained my Report of Marriage document from Washington DC consulate in 2016. I now need to use this to report my children's birth in the Philippines.
I am reporting the birth of two children so it seems I need to submit two orginal copies of my Report of Marriage.

Does anyone know how I can obtain another ROM copy from the Washington DC consulate? I am assuming I don't need to send in all the requirements again as I just need a copy.

Any insight would help!!! Thanks so much!

Does your copy have the PSA seal?  The official ROM document may only be issued by PSA.  You may order additional copies online through -- https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/

Thanks Chancy! I just checked----it does have the seal!

Does this mean I can obtain a copy from psaserbilis.com without any issue?

I suggest to request 1 copy and have it delivered in Philippines (provide auth letter) to confirm it exists/pulled from archive.  Why is this?  I requested 2 items,  ROM (2022) and ROB (2002)  - both was confirmed with PSA.  The ROM - they were not able to pull from archive (within 2 weeks) so, my request returned that it is not yet available (waste of 5 copies).  On another request, I requested ROB done 20 years ago - got a reply that since it was US, they have to pull it from archive.. i waited 2 weeks and got a POSITIVE response.  After few weeks i requested 1 copy of ROM and finally got a POSITIVE response.  Once I got those, I placed a request for the additional copies.  Cost of document is expensive when for international (even though the printing is the same).. plus you handle shipping via Fedex, which is about $100.  So I suggest if you need it here in US, request it and have it mailed to someone in Philippines and once all doc received, have it fedex/dhl/ups/etc to you.  Hope this helps!

Yes.  If you have family in the PH who you can trust with your documents, it might be faster and cheaper to have the ROM copies delivered to their PH address.  Then have your family send the documents to you by courier (FedEx/DHL/etc).

Thanks for the replies! The only problem is I don't have a valid ID with my family members ...I am sure this will cause problems with

actual delivery. I went ahead and ordered the certificate, created the DHL shipment and paid for it but now of ocurse am running into trouble

with the payment portal on the psaserbilis site. It won't accept my Visa card for payment. I don't know why they call it psaserbilis honestly. There is nothing

fast or service-friendly about this process. Not sure what to do now except to try and find another card to use and hope for the best!

Actually the Fedex/DHL route is actually very fast but not cheaper. It took about 2 weeks for me to receive documents from Paserbilis the last time I went that route with Fedex. If you use the Philpost/USPS route you may never get it. Just a FYI @kviking

Email them a scan of your PH passport bio page, then have them color-print it.  Also email them your authorization letter.
