hey guys, quick questions, got my 2nd RFE on January 6th, I resubmitted on January 9th, but I added my renewed driver's license  a few days ago, please tell me they go by that first resubmission date lol

From what I heard around...the count restart when you submit something

I think you should be okay as long as it’s under other documents folder. You should get your result today or tomorrow as mine is January 8 and I got it today.

yeah everything was submitted under additional documents,  that great! hopefully, you got DQ

And just like that, DQ!! resubmit Jan 9. She's on a plane right now so she doesn't even know yet!

Did your status ever change on the website ? Or did it just say “ At nvc?”

Kuwait 🇰🇼 it isn’t backlogged at all maybe that’s why I got it fast! I’m actually surprised it took this long to schedule an intreview.

I'm so glad to hear you are finally nearing the end of waiting and know when your date will be! I've heard that once you get the notification, they ask you to schedule a date at the consulate, is that right? So basically all the NVC does is forward docs but doesn't actually schedule?

 

Does anyone know if it takes the same amount of time to schedule interviews or does it depend on the consulate they're coordinating with?
