Question about Police certificate and other language (SPLIT)

Hello,

I need an opinion. I received my police certificate this week. It's the same as shown in the picture as an example, but the only problem is the part where it says "Other (provide details)", it's in french, it says "Autre (donner détails)". I live in Montreal, so i wonder if they automatically put in french. But it's weird because the agency i went for the fingerprint, knew i needed the certificate for the US, K1 visa. Since the police certificate in english and french, i wonder if that part that is in french, would be a problem and if they will ask me to translate it.
