The credit card denied payment for my (I-130 and I-485 along with I-765 and I-693). I had no clue my bank will do this even when I called 4 times before to approve it.

USCIS sent my paperwork right back but I noticed that they also opened up the I-693 medical examination envelope. I'm really bummed now because I was going to just resend everything, but have no clue if I need to order a new I-693 because they opened it already. I called USCIS and I e said send it as it is and one dodged the answer saying it's my discretion.

I've found that all papers has some kind of printed numbers and codes at the bottom of pages and so does the envelope. May be if I send it back the way it is, those numbers and codes will be an evidence of that they opened it but not me?

Can help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, send it back as is with a cashier's check for payment.  Note this sounds like adjusting status.  Not a visa case. If seeking a visa, do not send the I-485 or its fee.

It's I-130 and 1-485, I sent both of them and both got denied. Thanks to Chase.

Also the I-693 was opened so it's not sealed any more but it also has all the numbers written on the bottom. Should I send a new sealed I-693 or the same one.

Thanks

You need a new I-693. Talk to the doctor who did it and ask for replacement.

Use a money order this time. This is why I always advocate for money orders instead of personal checks and credit card authorization.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Perhaps you missed this...."'ve found that all papers has some kind of printed numbers and codes at the bottom of pages and so does the envelope. May be if I send it back the way it is, those numbers and codes will be an evidence of that they opened it but not me? "

Sending it back the way it is should be fine, but I'll correct myself on the cashier's check.  It should be two checks, not one.  Money order is fine too.

OP needs to confirm this is an adjustment of status, as he has posted in a visa forum.
