Psychiatric and mental health history are part of the medical assessment. She will need strong documentation  including evidence that she is not at risk of self harm or harm to others

The doctor suggested counselling will help her, so she is not taking any medications!

So should i request the doctor to make a personal letter regarding she is no threat??

Yes. As part of her medical history. I would think that if her symptoms are so severe that you requested an expedite .. though it was denied.. that the medical examiner may also be looking for evidence of her active participation in a documented treatment plan

She is trying her best to feel good but it was a concern for me

so i requested for an expedition. She herself is a dentist so it was difficult for her to cope with the situation.
so there is a high chance that she might get denied during medicals?

She is going through terrible symptoms

What kind of terrible symptoms?  I hope she is prepared for the inability to work in the US for 3 to 8 months after entering the US.  Good luck.  I wish both the very best.

Her family back home is best situated to help and support her than one person in the US.

If they cannot, then I do not foresee her surviving here when it will just be you and her, whilst she is not working.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

If her symptoms are so terrible that you needed to request an expedite, it may be difficult to convince the doctor doing her medical that she is healthy enough to move to the US.

Severe anxiety and depression will make her immigration process very difficult for her, especially coming on a K-1. You may need to look at other options, like moving to her instead.

FYI expedites, if and when they are granted, are because the USC's health is at risk, not the beneficiary's

My fiance is seeing a psychiatrist regarding her depression and anxiety. She is going through terrible symptoms so we tried to expedite our case with all the medical documents, but it was denied.

now will it create some problem during her medicals later when we get approved?
what should be done next?

It might be an issue depending on where she completes the medical. Some doctors require a lot more documentation than others but anxiety and depression shouldn't be an issue unless she is a danger to herself and/or others.

The doctor at the medical might request your partner see one of the psychiatrists associated with the medical center or they could be satisfied with the documentation she provides from her own doctor.

What documentation should one need to provide if they are under treatment for depression and anxiety that is not severe and is under control.

Generally, they ask you to show them the medications you are taking…
