When I contacted the embassy, they said they have less than 500 immigration application in the backlog. I believe the interview letter should be given from January 2023. I was dq in October

Yes Johannesburg Embassy....I am just waiting for interview letter. Do you have any recent update?

FB group im in,a lot of ir5 yesterday got ILs for feb 1 and 2,NVC stats show 99 in Oct and 118 in Nov,so im guessing the average is atleast 100 IV a month for JHB,if the 500 Backlog is true then we are very close,what category are u?im eb3

Not me happy waking up to an NVC auto 60 day notice. As far as i know i was DQ 8 Nov(from DQ email),so any comunication before 8 jan would mean 1 thing..but according to the notice i was DQ 1 November, the wait continues 😀
