hi guys, in my enquiry response NVC told me that my interview is scheduled for feb 6 and should get letter shortly, this was today. However i dont see my status in NVC changed to InTransit and havent gotten an IL either....hope it comes through quickly.

Only that i ddnt check concurrently to see when mine changed ,but i think you should wait a day or 2.There seems to be a system delay somewhere in all this because mine changed to in transit then i got IL after

@KeithMontage yes finally got the IL on friday for 6th feb as was mentioned in the enquiry !! Thank god. All the best guys!

Congrats @Mutty! My status changed to issued the day after interview but one is still in AP. Will let you know when all has changed to issued. Has the date for your case status changed? The one in AP still has the date of interview and has not updated yet.

@SurulereThe date just changed to AP the next day after the interview. Although the consular officer told me 10 working days. I am just waiting for next week hopefully.

@MuttyYes, was also told should get passport in 10 working days too. Hopefully we'll have our passports with visas in hand soonest🙏

Ohh im happy for all you guys,especially sitting there hearing others getting denied infront of me...but mine went well,my status said refused after interview,because my medicals were not yet sent to the embassy.but it has since changed to ready and someone told me they have sent your medicals.Everyone who did medicals on the 30th jan had medicals outstanding. I did go to the medical centre soon after interview and so did everyone else from that day,so i think they prepared them that or the next day.Im really happy it went well but obviously this will take me back a few days or so,coz i was hoping to travel mid March...but overall i was approved 😀, you still retain some anxiety until the passport is in your hands but lots of relief

Congrats @KeithMontage!! Yoh, this whole process has been an emotional roller coaster and can only fully exhale once the passports are in hand😅

Was your medicals in Jhb? CT medicals had a fast turnaround. Hope you're able to make your travel in March🤞🏾

Jhb..i went there soon after and they hadn't submitted our medicals...but im hoping for some movement next week

I believe our visa will be issued in this month and gets to our hand. The time that we have waited before the interview is far more compared to the little time after the interview. Let's just keep our fingers crossed. Let us keep updating each other incase of any development. Cheers
