This is erally crazy. Not sure why EB IL's are not getting prioritized. Not hearing anything around it for jan and feb atleast in India. Its been so frustrating.

DQ'ed for two months now, with no hopes up for an IL soon (Brazil embassy - EB2).

 

Following the fortnightly calendar of when the NVC ships the documents to the consulates, it was December 6th, December 20th, so we should have another batch going yesterday and today, but I haven't heard from anyone that got their status to "In transit" this week.

Just frustration with these guys...

Got an email to my NVC inquiry that my appointment has been scheduled for February and now waiting to receive IL.

Ohh wow!!!congratulations my brother,atleast it shows that im close too,thanks for sharing and giving hope..As long as NVC has scheduled you,youl 'probbly get the IL during the week coz its weekend and embassy closed.....but this is good 👍 i remember ur struggle man and uv been patient, have a drink or a celebratory something this weekend, better days are coming!!

Please let me know when you receive IL and please check ur ceac status and let me know when it says ready.mine just changed to in transit and says appointment date given,but i havent received any email yet.

Hello, yet to receive IL but just checked ceac now and it has changed to "in transit." fingers crossed we'll get the IL tonight or tomorrow!

Okay then we will update each other,and i hardly check the ceac, i just thought today then boom..but i read in another forum of people in same boat and IL comes soon after

hi guys, in my enquiry response NVC told me that my interview is scheduled for feb 6 and should get letter shortly, this was today. However i dont see my status in NVC changed to InTransit and havent gotten an IL either....hope it comes through quickly.
