@Worldismine03, what are your chances, per your plan?  Pretty good?

A member here went through a similar ordeal.  She was engaged to someone from a muslim country, she was older than him, their K1 was denied, they married and spent as much time together as they could, and their CR1 was approved.

I believe this member is @Jeanne Adil

thank you yes Jeanne Adil has shared with me some really good advise.

My chances I'm not even sure at this point. I am trying to spend as much time with him and even visiting again in February. Im hoping them seeing that I am going back again after 4 months will show that we are trying to spend time together. Im worried about not being able to show family pictures because his family cant leave his country to come to a third country and my family financially and medical wise cant make the trip to Pakistan either. All I have are screenshots of my husband and my family on facetime.

I'm not getting through to you.  Seeing that you are trying is not going to help.  You have to actually do it and "try" to make it longer than you might think is convenient or that you might think you can afford.  That's what people in bona fide relationship actually DO, not just show their trying to.  Understand the difference and act accordingly and your "chances" will improve greatly.

Me making this trip again after 4 months is waaaayy past what I could already afford and NOT convenient at all for me but I’m going cause we miss each other. That is me “DOING.” If you read my full sentence after I said I’m trying to spend as much time…I go on to say I’m going again…lol. Thanks for your comment have a nice day.

That's great, but what will make the difference is the length of the visit.  I've been observing people go through this process for 17 years, thousands of them, with many unsuccessful.  Most failed cases share a similar regret, which is that they wish they had spent more time together.  Even though you are going again, when you first mentioned it, you said nothing about visiting him, while you were in Pakistan.  You only mentioned fulfilling a technical requirement of registering the Nikka.  In the post I quoted you mentioned "trying" twice including hoping they would see you are trying.  They don't CARE how much you TRY.  They only care how much time you actually do spend together.

Earlier you stated a reason you didn't take photos.  They don't care about the reason.  Not taking photos of your own wedding is a red flag, PERIOD.  Even though photos are secondary evidence, they expect couples in bona fide relationships to have photos together.  It's what people DO.  When you don't, it means you have less evidence than you could have had, and it looks "unusual".  You don't want that.  Nothing about this is easy, but the almost always sure cure for red flags is time spent together in person.  The more the better.

Appreciate the advise & insight. Yeah the only reason I went to Pakistan was to see him. Other than that I would have never gone. My first visit was for 17 days in October and 2nd visit that is coming up in February I'm going for 10 days. Of course I wish I could stay more but as you are probably well aware jobs here in America don't want you to take so much time off from work. Both instances I have & will go over my available vacation time at work.

We have a ton of pictures together we just don't have any from when we did our Nikka. It was more of a "courthouse" thing with our attorney to sign the legal documents vs a wedding type ceremony. I am having an actual wedding ceremony once he is able to come here so that we can have our loved ones around us. Pakistan is neither his or my country that's the reason of there being no family to come there.

Hopefully, you'll get in another visit before the interview sometime in 2024.  It's not me or us here you need to convince your doing your best.  Sounds like you are.  But, that's not what's important.  What's important is that you do ENOUGH.  Many who fail do what they thought of as "their best" only to regret not doing more.
