Hi Everyone,

Just got married on K-1 and starting to put together the packet to send in. Just to confirm....since I'm filing I-485 for a K-1 visa, I only need to pay the I-485 filing/biometrics fee since I'm filing them all together in the same package? 

 

And this is the correct address breakdown of where to send them to based on your state:

https://www.uscis.gov/uscis-lockbox-filing-locations-chart-for-certain-family-based-forms

 

Just want to make sure I don't mess this up.

Sounds about right.

Don't forget to include the I-864 with the I-485.

 

You can also file the I-765 and I-131 concurrently with the I-485 with no extra fees.
