Should I check one of the boxes, or can I leave both boxes blank?

21.) The people listed in Item numbers 8, 11, 14 and 17 have completed form i864A. I am filing along with this affidavit all necessary form i864A's completed by these people

22.) One or more of the people listed in Items number 8, 11, 14 and 17 do not need to complete form i864A because he or she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents.

Should I leave these questions unchecked? I have already determined that I don't need to file i864A,so I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be checking the box next to question 21. But even though I'm not going to need any i864A forms, the second question 22 is worded in a  way that makes it seem like I should check it but i'm following a YT video saying that I should only check 22 if the intending immigrant is using her own income to on i864 regular affidavit. So I wanted to come here to determine if that was accurate or if I check 22 even if the intending immigrant doesn't have an income.

You don't have anyone listed in 8, 11. 14 or 17, right? so you will not answer those.
