Earlier in the week I sent USCIS an email regarding the fact that I haven't received the NOA1. Today it finally came, but on the receipt it says that the Notice Date was 07-17-2007. From the website it said that they received my petition on 05-29-07 and that a notice have been sent out. So what does this really mean? That my NOA1 was 07-17 instead of 05-29? This would be a month and a half setback if they go by what's on the notice. :o

Are you sure it wasn't NOA2 or an RFE?

By the way, what's up with your signature? It looks like you've already gotten citizenship but here you are petioning for a K1 Visa. Is that citizenship timeline for yourself?

During May and June, many notices were not generated. It looks like they are finally catching up. You should assume your NOA1 date is when they received it.

Yes I'm sure it wasn't NOA2 or RFE. It was a receipt of my petition, but had a date much later than what the website claimed. As for the citizenship timeline, I entered it in for my own reference since the information was available.
