Ok now Im worried I submitted documents  of i-864 via ceac and its still saying documents not received. Do they tell you immediately when they receive the documents? I asked this question a while back and people were responding by asking me if I hit the submission tab. I resubmitted the same docs and its still  documents not submitted. when will it say documents received?

                       PLEASE HELP

Where does it say that? On Ceac case status? 

our ceac case status showed waiting for documents (or something like that) all the way until we were DQed, so for like 75 days from submission, no change in between at all

On ceac case status no, but on ceac platform where you upload, it should say submitted - on the bottom of the front page.

As far as i know, every update to mandatory documents (and a push of the submit button) will push you back to the end of the line at NVC. 
If it does say submitted on the front page, i would not push any more buttons

if it doesn’t, maybe what you’re referring to, is the final submit button after you have uploaded everything - you do have to push that once.

You have to submit a police clearance certificate from every country you have lived in for longer than 6 months since turning 16. You then have to bring the originals to the interview, along with originals of all the other civil docs.

Police reports are due at NVC stage. You can complete the medical once NVC reviews and accepts all your documents. 

The beneficiary will see a list of documents they need to upload once they sign into the CEAC.

You have to submit ALL necessary civil documents including police certificates etc. to be DQ’d. that’s what others were already advising you.

You have to submit ALL necessary civil documents including police certificates etc. to be DQ’d. that’s what others were already advising you.

Yes, but if it says N/A for the documents, I dont think you are in line to get reviewed.

 

Maybe you should show us a screenshot of your NVC page so we can understand your situation better.

Make sure to erase your personal info.

 

By the way, K1 visas submit police certificate after getting interview date.

CR1/IR1 visas have to submit police certificate before you get interview date.

Oh that N/A that i was talking about on my ceac page, has changed. It changed after I finished the ds260 form. I have submitted everything they asked for.. My category is cr-1. How long do you think ill have to wait before they let me know that im DQ"d?
