Yes the baby and spouse are both citizens. 

If the baby has a U.S. passport then the fact your spouse and baby will be traveling with you has no relevance to the issue of your lack of a valid I-551.

I apologize I just mentioned that because it would definitely be more of a pain to get turned away if they were with me, but I follow what you're saying thank you

Ok Ive got it thank you. 

 

I guess the final thing that is an unknown variable is, 

Will they stamp us even if it's not our residence? Our residence is in Washington, not Guam. The officer on the phone said they are probably going to ask to see some kind of address in Guam when we arrive at the appointment.
