Should I mail the documents to NVC or not?

Hello,

I am really confused by the conflicting instructions on the NVC (CEAC) website and the email that I received upon case creation on whether I should be physically mailing them the I-864 and DS-260 Civil Documents. I have already submitted all the documents online on the CEAC website, but now I am not sure if I am required to mail the documents to NVC.

Email

Do not mail documents to NVC, even if you received instructions to mail documents to NVC in the past.

Case Status Check (https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx)

On 2022-11-08, the National Visa Center (NVC) received your Form DS-260 (Immigrant Visa Application).
Next steps:
Gather the documents below and send them to us in one (1) envelope or email. Instructions on how to send us your documents are online at https://nvc.state.gov/submit. Do not send these documents separately or it will delay your case processing time.

Thank you.
