My daughter in law was scheduled to get her visa in Kiev but as we know the embassy is closed. She was approved for her visa and her documents were sent to Germany. she was able to come on the refugee program, does anyone know the next step we need to take.

Please add specific info re visa category etc so we can best advise you

her visa is ( according to her notice) F21- spouse of alien resident. the process should be the same as all categories since she was already approved. She was scheduled for the interview but the embassy closed a few days before she could be processed. It is my understanding that a lot of the records were sent to Germany. She was told she could interview there but wound up coming here on the refugee visa.

I assume she came on Humanitarian Parole and now needs to file to adjust.
