To fulfil copy of passport requirement: does it have to be full photocopy of passport

For both petitioner and sponsor, USCIS requirements say photopy of passport. Does that mean full copy of every page of passport or just first 2 and last 2 pages of passport?

Yes, all pages is what my lawyer told me to send before for these forms.

So each form needs a copy of passport even I131 so with each form did you send a full copy, my parent's passport has 65 pages.

The most important pages are the front - with the bio page, the back - with their signature - and any pages with departure and arrival stamps in it. Include the front and back cover if you would like. You can skip the rest.

 

Yes, each form needs copies of it, they are treated as separate applications even though they are for the same person.

You mean stamps with entry into US, correct. Apparently they don't stamp the passport anymore, so the new passport of my mom doesn't have any entry stamps. Should we then include Travel History from I94?

For the I-130, a copy of the petitioner's proof of US citizenship is required.  A copy of the US passport bio page will do.  No need for any other page from the passport.  Beneficiary's passport is not required, other than the passport number.

 

For the I-485, submit a copy of the following pages from the applicant's passport --

1. Bio page
2. Page with the visa most recently used to enter the US
3. Page with the CBP stamp indicating the most recent US entry

No other passport pages required.  In addition, submit a copy of the applicant's latest I-94 record from -- https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search
