It’s been over 2 years now, and finally we are DQ’d by NVC.  The wait time for an interview in Colombia is less than 3 weeks according to the website.  We were approved to advance to this stage on 16 Nov 2022.  How long based on this information should it take for NVC to request the interview and send me the documentation.  Also, is it possible to get the visa stamp on the same day of the interview or will my wife’s passport need to be sent to the USA and then returned to her.  Is it hoping too much to think that when I go there for christmas this year that she will be able to return with me?
